Telesales Executive – Personal Loan & Overdraft Location: Virar

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Off

Job RoleWe are looking for Telesales Executives to join our sales team for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.

  • ResponsibilitiesCall customers and explain personal loan and overdraft products.
  • Generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain daily calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the team for documentation and application processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
  • Candidates with telesales, telecalling, loan, banking or financial sales experience will be preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
