Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our B2B and B2C orders and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage all B2B and B2C orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Manage orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
  • Track inventory, returns, cancellations, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory management agencies.
  • Prepare basic reports on sales, orders, inventory, and returns.
  • Resolve order and delivery-related issues quickly.
  • Requirements 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Experience with Unicommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and logistics.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Able to work with a team.
