Location: Malad ( w) ( Near by Metro Lower Malad )

Role:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take complete ownership of online business, driving sales, revenue, conversion, merchandising and overall ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage website operations, products, pricing, offers, content, inventory and customer journey.
● Drive online revenue, conversion, AOV, ASP, UPT, ROAS and repeat purchases.
● Manage ecommerce merchandising, product launches, campaigns and promotions.
● Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media and CRM teams.
● Monitor orders, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, exchanges and RTOs.
● Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
● Track ecommerce performance through GA4, Excel/MIS and key business metrics.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business targets.
● Good understanding of GA4, ecommerce analytics, CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
● Strong analytical, commercial, communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
● Strong D2C/ecommerce and online retail experience
Jewellery, Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty or Premium Retail experience preferred & Experience managing online + offline retail will be an advantage.
