JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVEPositionDigital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company and its healthcare products.
• Manage and improve the company's website and online presence.
• Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and local SEO.
• Create SEO-friendly website content, product pages, blogs and landing pages.
• Generate quality business leads through digital channels.
• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and create engaging posts, campaigns, product promotions and healthcare-related content.
• Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
• Track website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance using appropriate analytics tools.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Support online branding and product visibility for Alish's pharmaceutical, healthcare and nutrition products.
• Coordinate with the sales and business-development team to convert digital enquiries into business opportunities.
• Maintain regular reports on digital marketing activities and results.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO
• Basic/working knowledge of WordPress or website management
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Social media management
• Content writing and copywriting
• Keyword research and SEO tools
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console
• Knowledge of Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
