Job Description – Digital Marketing & Lead Management Executive
Plan and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Create promotional posts and maintain social media schedules.
Handle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, social media and phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain lead records and update the sales pipeline.
Coordinate confirmed orders with the design and production team.
Good communication and basic digital marketing experience preferred.
