Urgent Hiring for Field Sales Executive.


Experience- 6 Months to 1 Year

Salary- 24k + 4k Travelling allowance + PF

Job Description-


The B2B FMCG Field Sales Executive drives revenue growth by expanding our retail and wholesale distribution network. You will travel daily within your assigned territory to secure new merchant accounts, manage key retail relationships, and ensure maximum product availability on store shelves.



Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Expansion: Onboard new B2B clients, including supermarkets, kirana stores, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Relationship Management: Visit existing retail partners regularly to take recurring orders and build long-term loyalty.
  • Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure our products are prominently displayed, well-stocked, and priced correctly at retail points.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily sales volumes, order booking targets, and collection timelines.
