About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bhudpur, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
• Present and explain company products/services to potential customers.
• Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain regular records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address basic customer queries professionally.
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, depending on the field requirements.
