Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Follow up with prospective students regularly and close leads.

• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Resolve student queries professionally and maintain good communication.

• Maintain proper follow-up records and achieve assigned targets.
