Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, documentation and joining.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
- Prepare basic HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
