📌 Job SummaryEternal HR Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR, good communication skills, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain daily recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• 🎯 RequirementsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR)
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
