Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Sector 3, Noida
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary Range: 18,000 – 22,000 INR
Qualification: Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Assist in the onboarding process after selection.
- Achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Basic communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with job portals is a plus.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
