HR Recruiter

We are looking for a data-driven Portal Recruiter to own our candidate sourcing pipelines. In this role, you will maximize our presence on major job portals, uncover hidden talent through advanced boolean searches, and convert passive candidates into active applicants. If you excel at navigating platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Mine job portals, databases, and professional networks for qualified candidates.
• Boolean Searching: Craft advanced search strings to identify niche talent.
• Job Postings: Write, optimize, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• ATS Management: Track candidate progress and maintain clean data within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or talent acquisition specialist.
• Tech-Savvy: Proven expertise using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and ATS platforms.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Boolean search logic and keyword optimization.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
