About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing recruitment consultancy, specializing in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and hands-on expertise in using LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and engage relevant candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job fit.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on BFSI industry hiring trends, talent availability, and market compensation.
• Mandatory Skills & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in BFSI recruitment will be strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Facebook is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
