Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Experience in volume hiring or specialized recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
