Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with Minimum 5–6+ years of relevant experience to independently manage core HR operations & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing and salary coordination
- Attendance, leave and employee records management
- Expense verification and approvals
- Employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
- Managing statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity and related documentation
- Maintaining HR records, policies and compliance documents
- Coordinating with accounts and management on payroll, reimbursements and employee-related matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong experience in payroll, attendance, HR operations and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and labour-related processe
