Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine and other job portals
• Search and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment records
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for interview schedules and feedback
• Work on multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure
• Provide regular recruitment status updates

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong candidate screening and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets
• Domestic and international recruitment experience will be preferred
