HR Executive – Training & Recruitment
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in HR / Business Administration
Location:Taloja
Salary: 30k
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
- Prepare training schedules and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with HODs for training and employee development needs.
- Maintain HR MIS, documentation, and reports.
- Support performance reviews and employee development activities.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Recruitment & Training.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good MS Office and documentation skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
