Telesales Executive

·Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate business inquiries and sales opportunities while ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.

·Identify customer requirements through structured conversations, qualify genuine prospects, and maintain an updated pipeline by categorizing leads as hot, warm, or cold.

·Maintain accurate and real-time CRM records, including customer details, call logs, follow-ups, and interaction history, ensuring complete data hygiene.

·Reconnect with inactive or lost leads, nurture prospects through regular follow-ups, and schedule meetings or site visits for Sales Managers with qualified customers.

·Coordinate closely with Sales Managers by sharing complete customer information to support successful deal conversion and smooth sales operations.

·Track daily activity metrics such as calls made, connections achieved, leads generated, and follow-ups completed, while providing regular updates and reports to management.

·Follow a structured calling approach, continuously improve communication effectiveness through feedback and analysis, and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
