Job Description
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
* Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and other relevant details to customers.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
* Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Skills Required
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Customer-handling skills.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in *telecalling, personal loan sales, banking, financial services, or outbound sales* will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
