Job Description

Experience or fresher both can apply


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries through voice and chat support

- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain professional communication with customers

- Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction

- Update customer information and maintain records accurately

- Follow company guidelines and process requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams when required for issue resolution


Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable handling both voice and chat processes (only chat process is not available)

- Graduation /hsc


Training: 7 days training will be provided


Shifts Available:

* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM


One fixed shift will be allotted.
