Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Associate
Company: Riyasat Infra Developer Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Real Estate & Infrastructure Development (Townships, Residential Plots, Luxury Properties, Villas)
Role Type: Full-Time (Field & Client Facing)
📋 Core Work & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Connect with potential property buyers through calls, database follow-ups, and field networking.
Convert cold/warm leads into interested buyers.
Site Visits & Property Showings
Schedule and conduct client site visits to townships, plots, or residential projects.
Present project amenities, plot layouts, legal clearances, and investment returns to prospective buyers.
Deal Closing & Negotiation
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties according to their budget.
Handle price negotiations, payment options, and close the sale.
Documentation & Process Assistance
Assist clients through property booking, token amounts, and paperwork/agreements.
Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and booking status in the CRM/system.
Target Achievement
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle client objections and negotiate deals
Basic knowledge of local real estate trends and property rates
Key Traits: High energy, self-motivated, target-driven, and client-oriented.
