Position: Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Life Insurance Industry.
Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products, agency operations, and sales processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Advisors.
Age Criteria:
Minimum Age: 25 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
