Job Location:- Lucknow

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Conducting quarterly performance reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

The role involves acquiring new merchants, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring smooth activation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new merchants for Amazon Pay

2. Explain product features and benefits to potential merchants

3. Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and KYC

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants

5. Ensure timely activation and support to onboarded merchants

6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

7. Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets

Key Skills Required:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic understanding of KYC and documentation processes

3. Sales and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment

5. Knowledge of fintech/payments industry is a plus .

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in fintech, payments, or POS solutions preferred

2. Graduate in any discipline

Salary:-₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Depends on Interview)

Experience:-1–2 Years of experience in merchant onboarding / field sales / business development

Working Hours:-10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
