Job Description
Conduct 100% field sales and daily market visits.
Identify and acquire new jewellery customers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and business partners through direct field visits, market mapping, networking, and BTL activities.
Promote company products/services, create market and brand awareness, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and business closures.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets and expand assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Plan and execute BTL activities, roadshows, retailer/dealer meets, exhibitions, trade shows, local activations, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, branding activities, vendors, and event execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily field visit, sales, lead generation, customer, and BTL activity reports.
