Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and identify potential clients through calls, references, and networking.

* Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.

* Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful bookings.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

* Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Stay updated with current real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

* 0 to 3 Years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales profile.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

* Candidates with experience in Gurugram real estate will be preferred.

* Freshers with relevant sales exposure may also be considered.
