Job Description: Patient Counsellor(sales) (IVF)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-oriented Patient Counsellor to guide patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling patients, explaining treatment procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients regarding IVF, fertility treatments, and related procedures.

• Explain treatment plans, procedures, costs, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and follow-ups with empathy and care.
• Follow up with prospective patients, generate leads, and support patient conversion.
• Maintain patient records, counselling details, and follow-up reports in the CRM.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatment-related visits.
• Achieve counselling and patient-conversion targets, where applicable.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; a background in healthcare, psychology, or life sciences is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in patient counselling, preferably in IVF, fertility, or healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• computer knowledge and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team.
