🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Connect with students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand students’ educational goals, requirements, and concerns.
• Provide relevant information about courses, colleges, and admission processes.
• Guide students through the counselling and admission journey.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Handle leads, convert inquiries into admissions, and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
• Build a positive relationship with students and provide a smooth counselling experience.
