Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Location: WZ-39, Chowkhandi Village, Tilak nagar, Delhi - 110018

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,50,000 per annum (including incentives)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, visual content creation, customer queries, inventory coordination, marketing activities, and reporting, ensuring a seamless and efficient e-commerce workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms.

·        Edit and optimize product images and videos for listings and promotions.

·        Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

·        Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

·        Track and manage inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

·        Maintain and analyze profit and loss reports to monitor business performance.

·        Prepare and maintain MIS reports for internal review and strategy planning.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and product accuracy.

Key Requirements:

·        Minimum qualification : 12th pass.

·        Prior experience in e-commerce operations, listing, and marketplace management.

·        Basic Knowledge in Excel.

·        Good communication and customer service skills.

·        Ability to multitask and work independently.

Shift Timing:

·        Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

·        Weekoff : Wednesday/Sunday
