📋 Key Responsibilities:

📱 Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company's real estate business.

📈 Plan and manage social media campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

🎯 Create digital campaigns focused on generating quality real estate leads and business opportunities.

📢 Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.

🏠 Promote real estate projects, properties, and company offerings through digital channels.

💡 Develop engaging content ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online visibility.

📊 Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.

🔍 Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

⚙️ Use relevant digital marketing tools to manage, optimize, and measure campaigns.

🤝 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of digital leads.

📋 Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.

🚀 Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, as per skill & experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹15,000+ based on performance
