We are hiring Performance marketing executive for sector 31 Faridabad location.

Position - Performance marketing executive

Experience - 2 to 5 yrs

Salary - 25k to 45k

Location - SRS Tower sector 31 (Near Mewla Maharajpur metro station)

Key Responsibilities

· Independently plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

· Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, website traffic and remarketing.

· Develop audience targeting strategies based on customer profiles and campaign objectives.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor research and audience research.

· Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending based on performance.

· Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.

· Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.

· Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and events.

· Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.

· Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.

· Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

· Work closely with Social Media, Design, Content and Sales teams.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Track leads and analyze lead quality and conversion performance.

· Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
