Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and video content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and collaborate with influencers, coordinate video shoots, and create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators.

* Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.

* Create and execute engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

* Plan, shoot, and assist in editing short-form videos and reels.

* Develop content ideas based on current trends and viral formats.

* Coordinate with the design and editing team to ensure high-quality content.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

* Manage social media posting schedules and content calendars.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, influencer, and social media trends.

* Support paid and organic marketing campaigns whenever required.

Required Skills

* 1 to 3 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing.

* Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

* Basic knowledge of video shooting and content planning.

* Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Creative mindset with excellent organizational abilities.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
