Recovery Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Recovery Specialist to handle outbound calls related to loan recovery, manage customer follow-ups, and ensure effective communication with customers regarding pending payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to customers regarding loan recovery and pending payments.
• Follow up with customers to communicate payment reminders and repayment-related information.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred languages.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and adhere to company policies and established recovery procedures. 

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer care, loan recovery, loan collection, or as a loan officer is a must.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in outbound calling, payment follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• A professional, target-oriented approach with the ability to work towards loan recovery targets.
