• Demonstrate Product Knowledge & Suggestive Selling Explain menu items clearly
• Recommend dishes based on guest preference
• Suggest add-ons or beverages appropriately
• Know availability and special offers
• Answer dietary queries confidently
• Ensure Attention to Detail & Order Accuracy Confirm order before sending to kitchen
• Check order before serving
• Deliver to correct table
• Verify billing accuracy
• Rectify mistakes quickly
• Support Team Coordination & Shift Discipline Report on time for shift
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
• Support team during peak hours
• Maintain smooth handover between shifts
• Escalate service issues appropriately
