Job Description
The Site Executive is responsible for supervising on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role coordinates with vendors, labor, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of tasks on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Conduct initial site measurements and prepare accurate material calculations.
➢ Place orders for required materials based on project specifications.
➢ Oversee site execution to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
➢ Coordinate effectively with labor teams and site engineers to maintain workflow efficiency.
➢ Submit daily progress reports to the operations team for review and record-keeping.
➢ Ensure timely completion of projects as per the agreed schedule.
➢ Conduct joint measurements with client representatives upon project completion.
➢ Collect project completion certificates from clients.
