Job Description
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Admin who can handle day-to-day admin work + basic accounting in Tally. Role will support operations of our architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Office Administration
1. Manage front desk, calls, emails, visitors, courier
2. Coordinate meetings, site visits, travel bookings for team
3. Liaison with vendors, landlords, government offices as needed
B. Accounting & Tally
1. Daily entries in Tally Prime: Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payment vouchers
2. Vendor payments, customer invoicing, payment follow-ups
3. Bank reconciliation, petty cash management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education: B.Com / M.Com / Any graduate. Tally certificate preferred
2. Skills: Tally Prime hands-on, MS Office - Excel, Word. GST basics
3. Experience: 1-3 years in admin + accounting role.
4. Language: Gujarati, Hindi, English - written + spoken
5. Traits: organized, punctual, trustworthy, good communication, accountable
Compensation & Terms:
1. Salary: ₹ per month, based on experience
2. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
3. Probation: 1 month
