Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage Quality Assurance, Product Safety & Compliance activities.

* Ensure product quality as per specifications and customer requirements.

* Handle ISO 9001:2015, audits and regulatory compliance.

* Manage RCA, CAPA, deviations and non-conformities.

* Maintain batch documentation and product traceability.

* Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.

* Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, Stores & Dispatch teams.

* Maintain quality records and documentation.
