Project Manager

We're hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead [residential / commercial / industrial / infrastructure] projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for planning, running and delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and manage construction projects from start to handover
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, BOQs and cost control
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors and labour teams
• Track daily progress and make sure milestones and deadlines are met
• Make sure work meets quality standards, drawings and specifications
• Enforce site safety rules and statutory compliance
• Handle material planning, procurement coordination and inventory
• Review and approve contractor bills and measurements
• Send regular progress reports to management and clients
• Find project risks early and fix them

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution
• Able to read and interpret drawings (civil, structural, MEP)
• Hands-on with MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Good leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in Hindi and English (plus [local language], if needed)
• Willing to work on-site and travel between project locations if required
