Service Engineer

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors, air dryers, and related equipment. The role requires regular customer visits, technical problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission air compressors, air dryers, and associated equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service activities.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of service visits.
• Coordinate with the service department for spare parts and technical support.
• Guide customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during service activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide technical assistance when required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of compressors, motors, electrical panels, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot equipment.
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer visits.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of rotary screw air compressors and air treatment equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical controls and PLC systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdown calls.
