Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, channel partners and business clients.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective partners to generate business opportunities.
  • Explain Ksquare Energy's solar products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Maintain lead records, follow-ups and sales updates in the CRM or designated trackers.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation targets.


Required Skills & Eligibility

  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English or Hindi communication skills are preferred.
  • Interest in B2B sales, business development and relationship management.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
