Job Description
360 IDE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, customer engagement, and data management skills, along with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Support sales and customer engagement activities.
* Manage, organize, and maintain business data accurately.
* Work with Excel spreadsheets to analyze and manage data.
* Use VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting.
* Handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve business and sales objectives.
* Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
* Basic to good knowledge of sales and business development.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
* Strong data management and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
* Quick learner with a positive and adaptable attitude.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
