Job Description
- Generate new leads through cold calling, references, online inquiries, and market visits.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Promote and explain Ventra's aluminium windows, doors, and related products.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and customers.
- Conduct regular client and site visits as required.
- Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, showroom visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer status to the management.
