Field Sales Executive

We are a software company providing CRM solutions specifically for 

transport, logistics and Packers and Movers businesses. The role 

involves lead generation, field sales, client meetings, product 

demonstrations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into 

customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through various sources such as Google Search, 

Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, social media platforms, 

referrals, WhatsApp, and other online business directories.

• Build and maintain a database of Packers and Movers companies 

across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, panvel, Thane, Kalyan and Mira Road

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp messages, 

emails, and field visits.

• Schedule appointments and meetings with company owners, 

managers, and decision-makers.

• Visit Packers and Movers companies to understand their business 

operations and present our CRM solution.

• Conduct live product demonstrations and explain the features, 

benefits, and value of the CRM software.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and convert them into paid customers.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, sales

activities, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the support and technical team for customer

onboarding and implementation.

• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer

feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence in

speaking with business owners and decision-makers. • Ability to

generate leads independently and manage the complete sales cycle. •

Basic knowledge of computers, internet research, WhatsApp, email,

and MS Excel. • Willingness to travel extensively within the MMR

region.

Performance Expectations:

• Daily lead generation activities. • Regular client meetings and field

visits. • Product demonstrations and follow-ups. • Achievement of

monthly sales targets. • Proper reporting of daily activities and

progress.

Remuneration Structure:

• The compensation structure includes a fixed monthly salary, travel

allowance, and a performance incentive of ₹500 for every successful

paid sale. Incentives shall be applicable only on realized customer

payments and will be subject to company policies and terms &

conditions.
