Job Description

  • Make high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to property buyers and investors.
  • Promote residential or commercial real estate projects, prices, and payment plans.
  • Qualify leads by evaluating the customer's budget, location preferences, and timeline.
  • Schedule site visits, physical property tours, or face-to-face meetings for senior closers/field agents.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with pipeline leads to nurture interest and close smaller remote deals.
  • Log all call outcomes, client notes, and status changes accurately in the CRM database.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and bookings.
