Designation: Documentation Executive
Department: Operations / Customs Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
1 ) Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
2 ) File Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other customs-related documents.
3 ) Verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, COO, and licenses.
4 ) Maintain records of customs transactions and documentation.
