Job Description
Identify, approach and develop potential customers within the assigned territory.
Conduct tele calling activities for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Quote Preparation and follow up on quotations, enquiries and commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and sales activities and support to sales team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely conversion of enquiries into orders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Prepare basic reports, MIS, and sales-related documentation by using Excel & Tally.
Assist management and team members with day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of important records.
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
