Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and active Office Assistant / Field Boy to handle daily office errands, basic computer work, and outdoor client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Work: Visiting client offices to collect sales and purchase bills, vouchers, and documents for accounting/tax filing purposes.
  • Collections & Payments: Going for service fee collections and cash/cheque pick-ups/deposits when required.
  • Office Errands: Purchasing routine stationery, supplies, or items needed for the office.
  • Basic Computer Work: Assisting with basic computer operations, data entry, printing, scanning, and file organization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of computers is required. Must have a polite demeanor, good local travel knowledge, and a two-wheeler (preferred).
