Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage and update customer & lead data in Zoho CRM.
  • Handle leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Website, Email & Calls.
  • Assign leads to sales executives and monitor follow-ups.
  • Track quotations, enquiries, orders and customer communication.
  • Maintain Hot/Warm/Cold leads and next follow-up dates.
  • Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly CRM and sales reports.
  • Identify pending/missed follow-ups and ensure timely action.
  • RequirementsGood communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Excel.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Experience in CRM/Inside Sales/Customer Support preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
