Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role: Production House / Media & Entertainment

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected BDE to handle business development and coordination across our production house activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate acting class students, including admissions, communication and audition opportunities.

* Coordinate auditions and casting requirements for students and artists.

* Handle movie promotions, brand promotions and digital promotion activities.

* Coordinate with clients, production teams, casting coordinators and industry contacts.

* Attend and schedule business meetings related to movies, promotions and production projects.

* Generate new business leads and build relationships with potential clients.

* Follow up with leads, meetings and ongoing projects.

* Maintain daily updates and reports of leads, meetings and conversions.

Requirements:

* Good communication and networking skills.

* Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.

* Knowledge of the entertainment industry will be an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
