LeadPixie is a Sales & Marketing CRM for SMBs, helping businesses manage leads, telecalling, WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, field sales and digital marketing from one platform.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can speak with business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements, demonstrate the value of LeadPixie and convert interested prospects into paying customers. You will receive leads generated through our telecalling team, digital marketing and other lead sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads and prospects assigned through LeadPixie CRM.
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand their sales and marketing requirements.
• Explain how LeadPixie can help their business.
• Conduct product discussions and follow up with prospects after demos.
• Handle questions and objections related to the product.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Help prospects choose the appropriate LeadPixie plan.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain complete call and follow-up activities in LeadPixie CRM.
• Coordinate with the LeadPixie team when required.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• What We ExpectGood communication skills in English and/or Hindi/regional languages.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software simply.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward closure.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Previous experience in B2B telesales, SaaS sales, CRM sales or software sales is preferred.

This is a sales conversion role, not just a calling role.

The primary responsibility is to convert qualified leads into paying LeadPixie customers through calls, product discussions, follow-ups and sales closure.

• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop/desktop and smartphone
• Quiet working environment suitable for customer calls
• All customer interactions and follow-ups must be recorded in LeadPixie CRM

Compensation

Fixed payout + performance-based incentives, based on experience, role structure and sales performance. High performers can earn significantly more through sales incentives. The monthly fixed payout is subject to satisfactory completion of the minimum work requirements above. Performance will be verified using LeadPixie CRM, LeadPixie Dialer, attendance records and other system-generated work records. Manually entered CRM activities alone will not be considered sufficient evidence of work performed.
