Job Description

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, and payment records.

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Support payroll processing, including salary calculations, PF, PT, and TDS-related activities.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending payments.

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management statements.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
